SIGNAL Lite: fast AI readiness snapshot

SIGNAL is KINTAL's AI readiness diagnostic for creative teams. Lite is the starting point: a fast, focused snapshot of where your organisation actually is with AI, what's working, what isn't, and where to focus first. From £1,500 + VAT.

Who SIGNAL Lite is for

Creative, marketing, digital or innovation teams experimenting with AI in pockets but without a joined-up view. Leaders who need a clearer picture before committing to bigger investment. Organisations who want something fast, specific to their context, and actionable rather than generic.

What you get

A short, targeted survey for your team to complete, an AI readiness score with a breakdown across culture, workflows, tools and governance, a concise findings pack you can share internally, and a 45-60 minute debrief to talk through the results and agree practical next steps. Reports are delivered within 5-7 working days of survey close.

What it helps you decide

Where AI is already adding value and should be supported, where enthusiasm is high but guardrails or guidance are missing, where AI is creating friction, risk, or confusion, and the 2-3 most important moves to focus next quarter.

How it works | Time and effort required

We have designed the survey language to be plain and simple and in line with typical work in the creative industries, so it feels relevant rather than generic. Responses are anonymous, and we analyse the patterns, tensions, and opportunities across the four pillars.

The debrief walks you through the story behind the scores and helps you land on a small number of meaningful next steps.

Typical timeline is 1-2 weeks from booking to debrief. Your team will need around 10-15 minutes each to complete the survey. Your time commitment is the debrief session plus any internal follow-up you choose to run.

Frequently asked questions

  • Around 10-15 minutes per person. We design it to be specific enough to be useful without taking up half of someone's afternoon.

  • Yes. Individual responses are never shared with you or anyone in your organisation. We analyse patterns across the group and report at that level, which is also why the findings tend to be more honest than anything you'd get from a team meeting.

  • Most frameworks are built for large enterprises and score you against an idealised model that has nothing to do with your actual context. SIGNAL Lite is tailored to your organisation, your sector, and what you're actually trying to do with AI right now.

  • None at all. Some teams take the findings and run with them internally. Others use the debrief as the starting point for a conversation about whether KINTAL can help implement some of the changes identified. There's no pressure either way.

  • SIGNAL Lite is useful whether your team is just starting out or has been experimenting for a while. The diagnostic is designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.
