  • Most frameworks are built for large enterprises and score you against an idealised model that has nothing to do with your actual context. SIGNAL Lite is tailored to your organisation, your sector, and what you're actually trying to do with AI right now.

  • None at all. Some teams take the findings and run with them internally. Others use the debrief as the starting point for a conversation about whether KINTAL can help implement some of the changes identified. There's no pressure either way.
