Tina Saul
Founder, KINTAL

KINTAL was founded by Tina Saul after years of watching the same pattern play out: organisations investing in tools, skipping the groundwork, and then wondering why nothing changed.

She'd seen it from the inside at Meta, at Sky, across the agencies and brands she'd worked with throughout a 25-year career in creative operations. She knew what good looked like, and she knew it wasn't what most businesses were getting.

KINTAL exists to change that. Not through hype, and not through complexity, but through honest, practical work that meets organisations where they actually are.

We turn AI from a source of pressure into a set of practical systems that protect your craft, support your team, and create space to do thoughtful work.

Our Leadership Team

AI Strategy and Creative Operations Led by Tina Saul, with 20+ years in creative delivery and transformation, including leading AI implementation for Meta's video production function across EMEA. Tina has worked with brands including PlayStation, Jaguar Land Rover, and Aldi, and spent over two decades including senior roles at Sky and Meta before founding KINTAL. A committed no/low-code builder, she designs and deploys AI-powered workflows without touching a line of code, which means she understands exactly what's achievable for teams who aren't technical.

Change Management A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 30+ years of programme and transformation delivery, our change lead specialises in the human frameworks that make change stick in complex organisations. At KINTAL, they ensure AI adoption is built around people, not imposed on them.

Technical Delivery Our technical lead brings 20+ years as a senior software test engineer, with hands-on experience across AI-assisted testing, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks. They build the automations that move work through a business, from simple integrations to more complex multi-step workflows, and they know the tools that SMEs are adopting well enough to tell you honestly whether they'll deliver.
