Our Story

KINTAL was founded by Tina Saul, a digital strategist with over 20 years of experience spanning creative delivery, strategy, and operational transformation.

She hasn't just built systems; she has delivered the work. From executive producing award-winning campaigns for PlayStation, to scaling digital teams for Jaguar Land Rover, to delivering Aldi’s first iconic 'Kevin the Carrot' campaigns, Tina understands the pressure of high-stakes creative environments.

Most recently, she led Creative Operations & AI Implementation for the video production team at Meta across EMEA. There, she led the integration of generative AI across studio teams, embedding the workflows needed to scale production for a high-volume creative environment.

She saw how global giants were using automation to scale, and how smaller independent agencies were often left to choose between burnout or falling behind.
